Here’s how it works. 

If you own a hybrid vehicle that is recognized by the Vehicle Information Centre of Canada (VICC), you get 10% off the cost of your total premium. If you reside in Ontario, you get a 5% discount on your premium. As well, your discount will be applied automatically when you renew your policy with us. 

You’ll also enjoy long-term savings since hybrids use less fuel. Less fuel means you reduce greenhouse gas emissions and make your personal contribution to the green cause. 

Who’s eligible?

• You are a licensed driver of a private hybrid vehicle recognized by the Vehicle Information Centre of Canada (VICC). Your vehicle must be identified with a VICC code.
• You have an auto insurance policy with us and satisfy its conditions.
• You must be a licensed driver of a private passenger vehicle.
• You reside anywhere in Canada except British Columbia, Saskatchewan or Manitoba.

In case of discrepancy between the information provided on this website and your insurance policy, your insurance policy prevails. Remember, the exclusions and limitations specified in your policy apply in all circumstances.
