Client Communication Centre Agent (Montreal only)

Ideal for Students!

Temporary positions, for four-month (renewable) terms 
Minimum 17 hours per week
Weekday evenings (5 p.m. to 9 p.m.) and Saturday (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

From a given list, you will contact potential clients to obtain the expiry dates of their current home and automobile insurance policies. Based on the dates obtained, an insurance professional will provide quotations at the appropriate time.

Position requirements

• You are perfectly bilingual (English and French)

• You have strong sales skills

• You accept responsibility willingly and demonstrate excellent communication skills

• You are independent and self-confident

• You are dynamic, with a sense of initiative and well-honed people skills

• You are at ease in a computerized environment
