Claims Adjuster

Regular full-time positions
Day and evening positions
Monday to Friday
35 hours per week

As a claims adjuster, you will work in one of our service centres to gather data required to open new claims files. You will handle the needs of our clients and guide them through our claims process. You will provide top quality service, while ensuring cost control in the process of settling claims.

Position requirements

• You have experience in settling claims

• You hold a valid claims adjuster licence issued by the proper authorities

• You are a skillful negotiator, with strong sales skills

• You are bilingual (English and French) if applying to work in Montréal

• You accept responsibility willingly and demonstrate excellent communication skills

• You are independent and self-confident

• You are dynamic, with a sense of initiative and well-honed people skills

• You are at ease in a computerized environment
