- Skill testing question required. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received.
- Eligibility: members of professional and alumni groups which have entered into an insurance affinity agreement with one of the Organizers which entitles them to receive group insurance rates which include members themselves but may also include their spouses and children, students, alumni, faculty, staff and retirees.
